BABYLON - AWARD WINNER!

On February 19th Ms. Martin and Set Decorator Anthony Carlino won Best Production Design at the BAFTA Awards in London, (the UK Oscars). Babylon is also up for Best Production Design of the Year at the Oscars on March 12th. On Jan. 17th the film won the U.S. Critics Choice Award for Production Design.

Director Damien Chazelle's tale of Hollywood as the silent era gives way to sound. Working with Production Designer Florencia Martin, this was my best opportunity in years, and certainly one of the most fun as I collaborated with the talented illustrators Sarah Deck, Steven Chorney, David. M. Brinley, Jules Kmetzo, David Palumbo, Richard Hankins and Babylon Unit Photographer Scott Garfield on the featured images of stars Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li and Eric Roberts.
