The site is fully restored and I have begun adding exhibits from projects I've worked on over the past five years.
Just completed are graphics from Time After Time, a single season Warner Bros.series that ran on ABC during the 2017-18 season. Like the film from the 1970's based on Nicholas Meyer's novel, Time After Time followed H.G. Wells into our current time in pursuit of Jack the Ripper who had escaped from the 1880's in Wells' Time Machine. I was able to work on many fun projects throughout the series, including designing book covers for many of Wells most famous works. In time I'll add screen shots to the exhibit for context. Sadly the series ratings were low and ABC yanked it after only 5 episodes. However the complete 12 episode run is finally available for free viewing on the new CW Seed channel on Apple TV and similar devices as well as the CW Seed website.
My most recent project was the feature film King Richard, the story of Richard Williams (Will Smith), father of tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams and how he launched their careers during the period of 1989 to 1994. Half of the movie had been shot at the point the film industry shutdown in mid-March due to the pandemic. It was scheduled to be released in November 2020, that has now been pushed back one year to 2021. Hopefully we'll all get back to work sooner rather than later, but at this point there is no information. Working safely will be a huge challenge, the unions representing crews in all crafts are currently formulating guidelines on how to do so.
